The stay will begin at Casa Qafiz with a welcome cocktail by Aspro Cocktail Bar, which will open the doors to a sensory journey, with citrus scents that reflect the territory and the uniqueness of the materials and architecture of our historic residence.

Time will slow down in the open-air
SPA: a couples massage with essential oils, silence interrupted only by the sounds of the environment, and the pool bathed in the light of the landscape. An invitation to reconnect with nature, let go, and rediscover harmony.

At sunset, you can marvel at the unique colors of the sunset in Aspromonte, the perfect prelude to an almost mystical experience: the tasting menu at the Chef’s Table at the Qafiz restaurant.
Chef Nino Rossi recounts Calabria and its roots through an instinctive, profound, and surprisingly skilled cuisine (Michelin Guide 2026).

After enjoying a signature spirit or cocktail in the fantastic lounge, guests can enjoy the comfort and tranquility of one of the five double rooms, with their elegant finishes and refined design.

When you wake up, the fantastic light of the garden and the beauty of the “Tinello” will set the stage for a breakfast made with ingredients that are both genuine
and refined.

On the second day, you will take a journey through identity art and natural wonder.
You will discover Seminara with its iconic Apotropaic Masks, archaic symbols of protection and traditional craftsmanship;
followed by Palmi at sunset with the suggestive Ulivarella beach, where the fascinating “miloniti” sculpted by time tell the geological history of the Costa Viola.
An experience combining culture, myth and landscapes that glow with golden light.

On the third day, after breakfast at the “Tinello”, leaving behind the imposing architecture of the residence, it will be time to treat yourself to a walk to realign your senses, contemplating the beauty of the estate’s unspoiled river, where our Ecotuner will guide us through the energies of nature.
This will be followed by a gourmet picnic immersed in the river landscape.

At the end of the day, the aroma of holm oak charcoal will enhance the dishes cooked on the grill at the Ilici restaurant.
Whether it’s vegetables, selected meats, or fish from the local auction, the watchword will be: “Sharing.”

The next day, after a final breakfast at the “Tinello”, it will be time to say goodbye.
